    We didn't feel like leaving, would be happy to recommend. Brilliant venue, handy location very close to Close to town as well as E Hayes Hardware store, greatly enjoyed our stay.

    Nothing to dislike.

    spacious room, very good kitchen, super fast internet

    The dark rooms. The noise from the road started early, disrupting sleep. And one window without a curtain was a poor choice, letting in too much light at night!!!

    Warm...& Clean... The location was near to the venue of our event we were attending.

    When I made my booking on the internet, I requested a ground floor unit.Then when I rang to comfirm my booking near the date of our visit Bex noted I had asked for a ground floor unit, and said one would be available...Unfortunately we were issued a one bedroom apartment with the bedroom upstairs...This was not the best choice for us, as I have a physical disability...So this is an option I would not use again...But...the unit was warm & clean, and serviced each day, & although the weather was very cold & wet, we enjoyed our visit,,,

    had fine stay even for one night and the weather was fine. the employees were useful and excellent. no complaints whatsoever, loved this place and can't recommend highly enough.

    Couple's getaway done right

    The kitchen area was completely stocked, even had a Nespresso coffee machine which we used every morning. On top of that, the breakfast brought to our room was like a bonus surprise, it made waking up worth it.

    Balmoral Lodge is stunning. for the price i didnt expect to get the luxury that i got. the rooms are huge and the bathroom. everything you could possibly want is there. everything was spotless. all of the accommodation i have had so far on this trip has been value for money or more. Pat on the back to New Zealand. And thank you Booked.net for making the search for a motel so easy.

    We had a comfortable stay with a value for money cooked breakfast.

    There were central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room, really enjoyed that. The breakfast was warm with the best poached eggs ever, and the staff was extremely friendly! It was in an ideal and efficient location short walk to the town centre, all restaurants, and highways to the Bluff.
